I’m a firm believer that we’re all responsible for our own lives. I know the universe can throw horrible things at us and its nothing to do with us, but you can be in control of how you react to it, how you respond and in these stories the characters are taking responsibility for their own lives. They’re assessing where they are, how they got there and what they can do for themselves to make things better and that’s their Roar moment. It’s that moment where you take control, where you find your voice and you use it. And we have these many moments throughout our lives, sometimes a few times a day where you just take control and say this is my life, I’m going to be the hero of this story and I’m going to make a change. And I love, particularly with these stories is they’ve really started such a conversation even between my friends. People really open up and share a moment in their life where they really had to step up and become another version of themselves and so that is the roar moment. Taking control of yourself and making a change, so I would love to hear. I always love travelling and talking to my readers and hearing their responses, but particularly with this book I love to hear first of all what’s their favourite story because I think that speaks volumes and what is the reader’s roar moment. I love to hear all that!
